5. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Areas Twin Piggs Spirit Co. (Pty) Ltd currently delivers within South Africa only. Delivery Partners Deliveries are conducted through approved third-party courier companies. Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery times:

6. DAMAGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery. Damaged, leaking or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims should include:

Photographs of the packaging.

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, products may not be returned because:

The customer changed their mind;
The incorrect product was ordered;
The flavour profile did not meet personal preference.
